At DixieWears, we calculate shipping fees based on your order total. We utilize DHL Express for reliable and swift delivery. Orders amounting to less than $99.99 will incur a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping, while orders of $99.99 and above qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Estimates
Processing timeframes for orders are typically 1-2 business days with a daily cutoff at 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after this time on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days—totaling an estimated delivery window of 3-7 working days from order placement.
Please ensure that all recipient details are accurate prior to finalizing your purchase as changes cannot be made post-dispatch.

Our distribution network proudly covers the entirety of the United States, guaranteeing timely dispatches directly to you—our esteemed clientele. Currently, international shipments fall outside our operational scope; we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Customer Support & Lost Packages
For inquiries about shipment or if you encounter delays beyond ten working days post-processing, please reach out to our support team who is ready to assist with reshipment or provide a compensatory $5 coupon.
In unfortunate cases where packages have not been received after 60 calendar days from the dispatch date—a full refund is guaranteed along with options for reshipment or another $5 coupon compensation.
DixieWears does not hold liability for packages lost during transit; however, should such an event occur please contact us providing your order number so that we may aid you in filing claims with the courier service.
