Regarding refunds: Upon acceptance of your request for a refund, we will issue the reimbursement to your original payment method—excluding shipping costs. Suppose dissatisfaction occurs post-delivery due to personal preference rather than defectiveness. In that case, returns should come new and unused including all original manufacturer’s packaging—the customer covers associated shipping costs without facing restocking fees from us.
